New Years in Oregon!
Chris and I are not huge lovers of New Years Eve and so we rented a house on the Oregon Coast for 3 nights over New Years. Our friends, Tanya, Duncan and their daughter Emily (15 months) were brave enough to join us. We had a very relaxing time and brought in New Years while sitting in the hot tub - what's not to love about that?!
The house was brand new and slept 7 so there was plenty of room for Emily to explore. We took walks on the beach, watched the sun set and enjoyed the view on the windy hwy 101 up and down the coast.

A hot tub sounds like the perfect way to ring in the new year!
I'm not a big fan of the bar parties on New Year's...too many crying 16 year old girls with puke in their hair!
